Launch – the CCN’s new project

Shows - installations

As the newly appointed director of the centre chorégraphique, François Chaignaud wants to invite the public so he can introduce himself on July 03 & 04 through three events. The first one will be held Friday night, when he presents his solo DUMY MOYI, created in 2013 for the Montpellier Danse festival. Halfway between a ceremony, a performance and a parade, the dancer and choreographer imagines a polyglot recital wrapped in a costume-sculpture by Romain Brau. On Saturday, over the entire day, practical dance and music workshops will be offered to the public before the final performance of Cabaret, imagined and created by and with the artists that are associated to his project – dancer and singer Maryfé Singy and cabaret artist Jérôme Marin, aka Monsieur K, along with many other surprise guests!
